In food processor (or vita mix) pulse
2 cups of old fashioned rolled oats until coarsely ground
dump into bowl
add 1 teaspoon baking soda
Processor, puree 4 very ripe bananas and add to oat mixture
Use scoop to portion and bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes
You can add cocoa powder, about 2 tablespoons and or 1 tablespoon peanut butter for variety and /or raisins/coconut.
Basically no sugar, flour, eggs, fat, dairy, and gluten free
