LIFE COACHING

Have you thought about getting more out of your life? I will assist you if given the opportunity. My primary qualification as a life coach comes from knowing first hand that there is a way to get what you want if you want it enough. We will find out what you really want. I grew up on a farm; it taught me a lot about life. I have owned my own businesses. I was a member of the NHL Tampa Bay Lightning for 17 years. We won the Stanley Cup in 2004. In total, I spent 30 years in hockey. I am currently a Bikram Yoga teacher. I am also putting my life experience to work, to work with you as your life coach. Life Coaching is something I have been doing for most of my life.

Are you ready to explore and get more from your life? Let’s set up an appointment to meet in person or talk on the phone, at no cost to you. After that, when it makes sense, we will meet in person. When it doesn’t, we will communicate using the phone and via the internet. How will the first session go? First, you will tell me your life story. Next, you will tell me about the life you want to live. Then together we will identify the concerns you have about getting what you want. From there, in the sessions to come, we will map out a plan that will have you take responsibility for the outcome of what will occur in your life. Let the fun begin.

About Me

My qualifications for assisting others, as a Life Coach, stem from dedicating myself to doing what I love, then going after life goals with certainty, even when there is uncertainty. Along the way, I have assisted others in finding strategies to do the same for them. The qualities I bring to coaching are a trust-building directness and the ability to create a positive atmosphere that encourages self-responsibility. Listening carefully and then providing appropriate feedback is the first step. Helping you identify and eliminate excuses is another key step essential for you to take action and achieve living your desired life.

Over the past 23 years, I have developed a strong friendship with Jake Goertzen

He has gained my trust with his confidentiality of all our conversations. Jake has provided me with positive encouragement throughout my playing career, while also being honest and forthright in identifying what is holding me back from being the best that I can be. He does a great job of listening first, but most importantly – provides direction for improvement. His life experiences and understanding of people make him a great resource that I continue to use as a professional goalie coach. I would recommend Jake’s services to anyone who wants to get the most out of their life.
